Spring is around the corner here in southern Ontario, which means Mother Nature is having a hard time making up her mind. Some days are well above freezing, others are at or below. Today we've got buckets of rain coming, but that doesn't mean we won't see snow in a week or two (hopefully not). I've been off work all week for March Break, and while it's nice having some time off, I'm looking forward to getting back into the regular routine on Monday.
Slackware 15 is getting pretty long in the tooth, and Slackware-current is being fairly breakish right now, so I'm experimenting once again with using FreeBSD on my laptop. I gave OpenBSD a try as well, but everything just felt sluggish.
Preparing for the Winter ISO meeting in Hagenberg, Austria. I will be attending virtually. The timeshift means I will be working throughout the night. Never fun, but C++ requires sacrifice.
The ISO meeting is now over, and I'm taking a few days off work to recover. Will be getting back to work on packet capture bugs tomorrow.
